Peach Ice Cream

Here it is! The best Low Fat Peach Ice Cream Recipe in the world. We have had this recipe for some time and it is my favorite of all. This recipe is so good that no one will know it is low fat. It makes 1 to 1 and a 1/2 quarts. You will want to downsize the recipe if your ice cream maker will not hold this amount.

For this recipe you will need:

Ice Cream Maker

Blender

Measuring Cups

Measuring Spoons

Spatula

This recipe calls for:

3 Cups ripe peaches (frozen)

1 Package Knox Gelatin

1 Can evaporated milk

1/2 Cup sugar

1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract

Mixing Ingredients

First Step: Blending Ingredients

Blend together:

1 Can evaporated milk

1/2 Cup sugar

1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract

Knox Gelatine

Second Step: Dissolving Knox Gelatine

Put a package of Knox Gelatine in a half cup of water and heat them together in the microwave for a few seconds. Then stir it till the gelatine is fully dissolved. After this add it to the ingredients in the blender and blend them again.

Third Step: Adding Peaches

Now it is time to add the 3 cups of frozen peaches. Make  sure they are ripe and have been in the freezer long enough to freeze. Break them up into chunks and add them one chunk at a time. If you add them all at the same time the result is a mess.

Now put your peach ice cream into your ice cream maker. It should take around 15 minutes to freeze. Then Enjoy!!
