Serving Lime Sherbert

Lime, is one on the unique favors for summer's cold treats. You can find it in drinks, popsicles, and even yogurt, but it seams to be the best in sherbert.

Don't ever give any one lime sherbert with chocolate syrup on top! Substitute something more refreshing for the chocolate. We used lime peal and a fresh sprig of mint. The Whipped cream will add class as well.

Coconut

Roasted Coconut

Not only does roasted coconut bring out the summery flavor of sherbert, but it also gives it a sweet crunch. Roasted coconut is simply coconut that has been cooked in the microwave for a few minutes. Just take it out every 20 seconds and stir the coconut to keep it from burning, then let it cool. Once it is done cooling it will be crunchy and light brown.  You can also chop your favorite nut up and use them as a topping.
