Peach Ice Cream With White Chocolate |
White Chocolate Crunch
One thing that always dresses
up the appearance of ice cream is a hard chocolate shell on top. We decided
to use white chocolate. All you do is put white chocolate in the microwave.
It will take around 3 minutes for it to melt. Make sure you stop it at least
every 30 seconds to stir, otherwise it will burn. Then dip a whisk into
the melted chocolate and drizzle it over your favorite ice cream and then wait
a few seconds for it to harden. It should not take over 10 seconds for it to
harden to the ice cream. |

Peach Ice Cream with Chocolate Chips &
Coconut |
Roasted Coconut
Don't be afraid to put some
frozen peaches on top. Just because they are in the ice cream does not mean
that the extra chunks won't bring out the flavor. We also topped our ice
cream with chocolate chips and roasted coconut. If you have never roasted
coconut before all you have to do is put the shredded coconut on a paper
plate in the microwave for a few minutes. Keep a close eye on it and stir it
around every 20 seconds to keep it from burning. When it is done it should
be light brown and after it cools it will be crispy. |
