Serving Guacamole
Presentation is always the most important thing next to taste. For this
recipe I suggest going down to Wall*Mart and buying a big plastic plate
with a bag of tortilla chips. Then once you get home place your
guacamole in a serving dish located in the middle of your new plate.
Then surround all this with chips and put a sprig of parsley on top.
This way your guacamole looks more inviting than a lonely bag of chips
sitting next to a Tupperware container with who knows what inside.
