If you have
never boiled a chicken before and need to learn how here it is! It
really looks more scary than it is. We will take you through the
step-by-step instructions. |
|

Raw Chicken |
First Step: Boiling Chicken
Place a medium sized
chicken in a boiling pan. Then pour water into the pot until the chicken
is covered. Once you have done this add 2 teaspoons of salt and 1/2
teaspoon of garlic powder to the chicken. Next place the lid back on top
of the pot and set your stove burner to medium low. You should allow the
chicken to boil for one hour. If your chicken is not tender continue to
cook it for another 30 minutes. |
|

De-Boning Chicken |
Second Step: De-boning The Chicken
Once your chicken is cooked
drain (and save) the chicken broth off of the chicken. Then discard the
skin and cartilage as you slide the meat off the bones. There is no real
proper place to start so just grab a thigh and start puling the meat
off. |

Once you have followed these steps correctly this should be the result. |
