Third Step: Paper towels

DON'T SKIP THIS STEP

Now stack six paper towels on top of eachother and then pour all the contents of the kettle out and onto the paper towels. Using four more paper towels begin to press on the meat to removing liquid. Once you have compleated this REPEAT IT ONCE MORE!!!!

Why is this so important?

Well, because you are removing the grease . I want you to look at that paper towel to the left and ask yourself if you feel good letting your body have that much grease. Remember that is just the first paper towels and only about 1/2 of how much grease you are really removing. Grease is fat and fat makes Clots, Clots, Clots. Sometimes fat tastes good in recipes, but believe me you will have the yuckiest looking and tasting stew if you leave it in this recipe.
