Well just scramble two eggs and top them off with a little left over hardy stew and cheese. Another way to serve hardy stew is in the form of a Frito Pie. Just crush up two or three handfuls of Fritos on a dinner plate. Place the stew on top. Then cover this with cheese and fresh chopped onion. Then place half a bag of Fritos in a serving bowl on the table to be used as more garnish. |
